Dexion Multi-tier Floor system is the fastest way to add extra floor space within the shell of an existing building. In fact it virtually allows you to double your floor space without changing premises or increasing your rent.

It provide the means to create separate zones within one centralized facility, so you can separate areas for bulky items, fragile items, warehousing and dispatch, fast moving and slow moving stock and so on.

Narrow Aisle Racking makes optimum use of floor area and roof height while at the same time providing high density storage with 100% accessibility and good stock rotation.

The system is served by specialised high lift fork rotating materials handling devices operating in very narrow aisles. The benefit being up to 50% saving in aisle width when compared to a counter balance forklift, whilst achieving up to double the stacking height.

As the fork lift is guided within the aisles the risk of damage is minimized, resulting in lower maintenance.

Dexion Mobile Pallet Racking consists of standard racking mounted on powered mobile bases to form banks of mobile racks. The advantage being the storage capacity of block racking without restricted access.

The racks are electronically powered and moved to enable a forklift truck to access every aisle when needed.

Remote control panels can assist by linking forklift truck movements to throughputs. Its unique locking feature means contents can be secured and access restricted.

Dexion Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) Pallet Racking facilitates very high density storage even when actual floor area is limited. Stacker cranes, usually floor mounted and rack guided overhead, store and retrieve pallets up to 40 metres high.

Dexion Pallet Glidestock is an operation in which pallets are placed on rollers that slope toward the pick face. The advantage of being gravity fed means that pick faces are automatically replenished.

Picking and Replenishment sides are separate. Pallets are fed in from one side, and retrieved from the opposite side eliminating double handling from the receiving area. Speed of throughput combined with automatic stock rotation is the major advantage of this system.

This system is First In, First Out (FIFO) guaranteed as it ensures automatic stock rotation. Stored goods with expiration dates or product batches are easier to supervise.

Dexion Push Back Racking provides highly effective use of space by combining high density storage with high speed access. The system offers safe and dense storage for 2, 3 and 4 pallet deep storage. Typically up to 5 pallets high.

Pallets are gravity fed via the front using conventional handling equipment and retrieved from the same aisle, so the pick face remains constantly full.

Push Back Racking operates on the FILO (First In, Last Out) principle. All lanes can be accessed from the aisle at any time irrespective of the storage level. This promotes a low damage environment as the fork trucks never enter the rack.
